To qualify for the bonus, candidates must be submitted using the Candidate Referral form below. This form must be completed before the candidate is placed in a job by Engauge.
Referral candidates are eligible if they have not been placed in a job by Engauge within the last 12 months from the date of referral.
All referral bonus payments will be made at the end of the month once the candidate has completed 30 days of employment.
