Get Paid to Learn Forklift!
Have you always wanted to learn how to use a forklift, but were never given the chance? We offer PAID forklift training with a direct move into a Forklift Operator position upon completion of the class! During this one-day course, you will learn the basics of forklift operation, safety, and receive hands on time with the forklift.
Once you finish the course, we will place you in the role of Forklift Operator at a local distribution center in New Berlin. This position involves using the forklift to pick and pull light materials.
Hours and Pay:
- 7:30am to 4:00pm
- $17/hr.
We pay weekly and provide benefits from day 1! These include medical, dental, and vision insurance through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (not some bare-bones plan).
Job duties include the following:
- Pulling and putting away stock using Operator Up Forklifts and some shifts would be on foot
- Maintain a safe work environment for pedestrians and forklift drivers
- Operating forklifts and various equipment
- Demonstrate excellent work ethic, attitude, and attendance record
- Other duties as assigned
Abilities and Requirements:
- Able to work at heights above 20 feet
- Safety mindset
- Attention to detail
- Strong math skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to follow instructions
