Production Associate - $15/hr - 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

If you’re local to Madison HeightsMI, we have an opportunity for you! Our client is actively seeking a Production Associate for IMMEDIATE start on 1st shift and 2nd shift. This role pays $13 / hr - $15 / hr to start depending on experience

THIS POSITION IS ON THE BUS LINE! NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!
 
JOB SUMMARY: Carry out day-to-day assignments as instructed by lead or supervisor, like inspecting and assembling components according to work orders.

THIS POSITION IS ON THE DETROIT BUS LINE!
 
SHIFT & HOURS: 
  • 1st shift: 5:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m., Monday-Thursday with opportunity for OT on Fridays!
    • $13 / hr - $15 / hr 
  • 2nd shift: 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m., Monday-Thursday with opportunity for OT on Fridays!
    • $13 / hr - $15 / hr
 
JOB DUTIES:
  • Maintain the standard rate of production 
  • Inspects components and assemblies visually for quality defects including scrap marks, rust, burrs, lamination, miss-hits, etc.
  • Labels or tags parts and baskets accurately.
  • Ensure area and/or tools are neatly cleaned and organized at the end of each shift
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail 
  • Desire and willingness to learn multiple positions or cross train and excellent attendance
  • Mechanically inclined, good with hands, familiarity with tools
  • Positive attitude willing to contribute individually and as part of a team
