What you’ll do…
Support production by assisting in the manufacturing of quality baked goods in accordance with company standards.
Assist the machine operators including occasionally operating various machines. This may include a variety of manual labor tasks in the production of baked goods including involvement with sanitation duties.
Monitor product quality according to company standards (proper size, color, texture, packaging, etc.), including the performance of applicable time, weight, and temperature checks.
Assists other members of the bakery team where needed including packing crust off into bakery bags, and placing bags with crust into totes for production use.
Why you’ll be successful…
Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
Utilizing knowledge from your minimum of 1 year of experience with food manufacturing preferably in a bakery setting.
Being on time and ready to properly review duties for the day including checking the area for proper housekeeping, equipment safeties and safeguards, proper tools, and other equipment/supplies.
Always properly wearing personal protective equipment as supplied and directed by the company and following GMP/company standards.
