Our Germantown client is hiring for a unique position on 2nd shift. Anyone with prior manufacturing experience, or mechanical abilities is encouraged to apply! They're willing to train someone who's interested and ready to learn.
The position is for 2nd shift, which is typically 2:30-11 pm. There is a shift premium for an additional $1.50/hour. The position would be a combination role working in their maintenance department, as well as performing building & grounds duties as needed. The pay range would be $18.66-$26 base wage. Ideally, as with any position we would prefer someone with some maintenance experience but would be willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Duties include:
Performs basic scheduled preventative maintenance (PM)
Basic maintenance knowledge*
Maintains tools and tool storage area
Manages scrap metal/wood disposal process
Knowledge of large compactor operation
Knowledge of plant and departments layout
Completes Industrial Lift Truck Certifications
Ability to read basic blueprints*
Cleans machines, tools, and other equipment
Maintains Buildings & Grounds
Supports Continuous Improvement
