Submit your information to be considered for enrollment in an upcoming course.

Speak with a career consultant who will determine if you are a good fit. If selected, they will help you sign up for the course.
Learn
Attend class, including classroom and hands-on training.

Receive a certificate of completion and work with an Engauge recruiter to help you get place into an open job.
REACH YOUR CAREER POTENTIAL
Engauge’s customized training courses range from entry-level skills to help you begin a career in manufacturing to higher-level technical courses that help you climb the career ladder. Courses begin in the classroom where you will build a technical foundation. They then move to hands-on training where you can practice and build your skills in a safe and encouraging environment. Upon graduation, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and assistance with placement into an open position. Best of all? You will be paid minimum wage WHILE you are training!
