We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team.
Responsabilités :
- Welding Operations:
- Perform welding tasks using various welding processes, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick, to join metal components according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders to ensure accurate and precise welding.
- Metal Preparation:
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, and grinding to ensure proper fit and adherence during the welding process.
- Select and set up welding equipment, including adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct visual inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the welding requirements.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and welding equipment.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other members of the fabrication team and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet production goals.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate interpretation of specifications.
- Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues for prompt resolution.
