We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Programming:
- Generate and optimize CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency in machining processes.
- Machine Setup and Operation:
- Set up CNC machines including loading materials, tool changes, and calibration.
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components within specified tolerances.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Make adjustments to CNC machines as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Tool Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain tooling inventory, ensuring tools are in good condition and replaced as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and report any safety issues or concerns promptly.
