After working 1,460 hours in a 12-month period, Engauge will pay you 40 hours at your current pay rate! Any time off requires approval from your supervisor.
Pay day is every Friday!
For any person you refer who works 160 hours in their first 30 days, you receive a $50 referral bonus! There are no limits to the number of bonuses you can receive, so refer your family and friends to your Career Consultant today!

You can choose the best coverage for you and your family with any combination of our medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
You are eligible on your date of hire! Benefits are week-to-week, with a one week offset. Coverage will start the Sunday after your first paycheck!

In addition to on-the-job training, we offer a variety of courses in our formal training center, including: Forklift Operation, Introduction to Manufacturing, Reading Schematics, using Calipers and Micrometers, and more!
Depending on the plan, premiums start at $22.23/week (Base Plan). The Base Plan is a great value including preventative care, 4 primary care visits, $10,000 life insurance at NO COST, coverage of 12 annual prescriptions and more!
