Engauge’s coverage offers more than just your one annual preventive visit. Our base plan covers multiple visits per year along with additional buy-ups giving you the ability to customize your plan to best meet your needs. If you don’t need health insurance, we also offer voluntary life insurance as well as vision, dental, and short-term disability. Sign up for none, some or all: it’s all about what meets your needs.

BENEFITS ON DAY 1
While other companies make you wait months to access benefits, Engauge Associates are eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more on the date of hire. There’s no waiting period, no hour requirements, or other hurdles to access coverage. These are week-to-week benefits (with a one-week offset) covering the Associate and any legal spouse, registered domestic partner, and/or child up to the age of 26*.

ENGAUGE BENEFITS GO BEYOND INSURANCE
With the healthcare plan comes a few other, exciting perks—Engauge Associates are eligible for up to 40 hours of annual, accrued vacation pay as well as 6 paid annual holidays. Associates are paid each week on Thursday via direct deposit or global cash card, and Associates who refer a friend to Engauge will receive a $50 bonus per referral. Like the benefits overview, paystubs can be accessed online at the Associate’s convenience.

After working 1,460 hours in a 12-month period, Engauge will pay you 40 hours at your current pay rate! Any time off requires approval from your supervisor.
