Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on maintenance metrics.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform general building maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and basic repairs.
- Emergency Repairs:
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to address urgent maintenance needs.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Replenish supplies and request new items as necessary.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns and participate in safety meetings.
