We are expanding our Electrical Assembly department and seeking Entry Level Electrical Assemblers to contribute to the construction of cutting-edge enclosures for fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-assemble electrical kits using inventoried and fabricated components.
- Perform light fabrication work, including drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping.
- Handle materials efficiently.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads.
- Provide support for the installation of various electrical equipment.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and bill of materials.
- Aptitude to learn manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in reading measuring devices, such as a tape measure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn and advance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Successful completion of a competency test and pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
