Responsibilities:
- Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components according to engineering specifications.
- Carefully use and store company-supplied tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering and quality control teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take corrective actions on quality issues and work with management and coworkers to prevent future occurrences.
- Prioritize safety, demonstrating a safety-first mindset to colleagues.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
- Proficient in conduit bending, wire installation and terminations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
