Maintenance Tech
Position Overview:
A leading manufacturer of disposable applicators for dental, medical, and industrial use, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift at our facility in Grafton, WI. If you're passionate about maintaining machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to injection molding machines, packaging equipment, and conveyor systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct equipment adjustments, repairs, and replacements as needed to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance-related concerns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Complete maintenance documentation, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory records, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and identify root causes of issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance software or systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
