CI/Lean Manager (Lake Orion, MI)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000/annually

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and utilize tools such as Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Root cause analysis to identify process bottlenecks and develop improvement plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Takt Time, Heijuka, Muda/Mura, Poka Yoke, Spaghetti Diagram, Yokoten, etc..
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in using tools such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in production planning and procurement is preferred.
