Die Setter ($21-24.50/hr)

Location: Lake Orion, MI

Shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM (M-Fri)

Engauge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Die Setter responsible for machine setups, including primary and secondary equipment, in accordance with production schedules. Responsibilities:

• Conduct mold changes as per production schedule and emergencies.
• Set up all die-related functions including watering, knockout, hot runner setup, etc.
• Repair fluid or air leaks related to the die.
• Perform die insert changes and reset die halves for repair purposes.
• Maintain orderly appearance of die storage and order die setting supplies.
• Ensure completion, submission, and filing of all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety rules, and workplace policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• 1-3 years of Die Setter experience
• Physical capability for standing or walking for extended periods, lifting objects up to 35lbs, reaching, bending, stooping, and crouching.

Working Conditions:

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to extreme heat and vibration.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
