Shift - 1st (7:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Pay: $25/hr
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily coordination, coaching, organization, hands-on equipment operations & troubleshooting
- Overseeing the operations of the machines
- Leads by example on the production floor.
- Ensures machines and materials are ready for second shift converting.
- Work with maintenance scheduling preventive maintenance
- Perform quality checks throughout the day
- Stocks equipment lines with required materials
- Trains all incoming operators
Looking for someone with previous lead experience and who is an independent worker.
