Shift - 1st (7:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Pay: $25/hr
Responsibilities:
• Read and understand job tickets with close attention to film requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare, set up, adjust, and maintain equipment in accordance to company quality standards and job requirements.
• Perform all make-ready tasks such as imperfections, adjust tension, and setting up adhesive requirements, etc.
• Make necessary corrections and/or adjustments during the production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the job.
• Monitors company critical control points: artwork matches master sample/proof, coat weight, temperature, and film speed.
• Monitor the use of raw materials, keeping in mind waste reduction.
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.
• Maintain paperwork such as production usage reports, quality check sheets, etc.
• Troubleshoot and detect the cause of stoppage and breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Looking for someone with previous lamination experience and who is an independent worker.
